How far in advance should I book Garima for my wedding?

We recommend booking at least 3 months before your event date to ensure availability and allow enough time for planning. During peak seasons, earlier bookings are strongly advised as dates fill up quickly. The sooner you reach out, the more we can do for you.

 

What is the first step to working with Garima?

You can reach us through our contact form, WhatsApp, or any of our social media channels including Instagram and Facebook. We will schedule a free consultation to understand your vision, budget, and requirements. No obligation, just a conversation.

Can I book Garima for just floral decoration without full planning?

Absolutely. You can book us for decoration only, full planning only, or both. We offer flexible packages tailored to exactly what you need. However, please note that during peak seasons, decoration-only bookings may not always be available. If you have a specific date in mind, we recommend reaching out as early as possible.

Do you offer services outside of Kathmandu?

Yes. We have successfully worked in Biratnagar, Damak, Pokhara, Itahari, and other cities across Nepal. However, availability outside Kathmandu depends on our schedule and the nature of the event. We are unable to guarantee availability during peak seasons, so early booking is essential. Please reach out and we will confirm whether we can accommodate your date and location.

How do you handle last-minute changes or emergencies on the wedding day?

Every event has a dedicated on-ground coordinator who manages real-time changes. We plan for contingencies and our team is trained to handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently. Please note that in the case of rain or adverse weather conditions, certain outdoor setups may not be possible and alternative arrangements will be discussed in advance.

Do you use fresh or artificial flowers?

We work with both fresh and artificial flowers depending on your preference, venue, and budget. Fresh flowers are used for most weddings and events. Artificial flowers are available for specific setups where longevity or cost is a priority. Both are arranged with the same care and craftsmanship.

Do you require a deposit to confirm a booking?

Yes, a deposit is required to confirm and secure your date. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be discussed and agreed upon during your consultation. Full details are outlined in your written agreement.

Can you manage multi-day events like 4-day weddings?

Yes, multi-day celebrations are something we specialise in. We coordinate each function from Mehendi and Haldi to Reception as a seamless experience under one dedicated team. Each day receives its own dedicated design and setup.

⁠Do you coordinate with other vendors like catering and photography?

We are happy to coordinate with most vendors to ensure a smooth event. However, please note that we may not be able to work with all third-party vendors, particularly those we have not collaborated with before or those with specific requirements that conflict with our process. This will be discussed transparently during your consultation.

⁠What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand that plans sometimes change. Our cancellation and rescheduling terms are clearly outlined in your contract. We encourage clients to contact us as early as possible if changes are needed, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
